This tote bag is gorgeous! I saw a picture of it and had to have it. The colors are just beautiful. The size is better than I expected, because it's larger than I had envisioned it. It is practical and functional as well as beautiful. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Pixels did an amazing job of taking a picture I created and transferring it to fabric. I’m very impressed with the quality of the prints and the bag. Thank you.

Artist's Description

In a powerful capture of African American icons, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X talk prior to presening lectures in New York City in 1964. Dr. King called for peaceful resistance while Malcolm X preached a forceful approach to ending segregation. History has remember Dr. King's method of peace as the more effective rallying cause but both men were likely the two strongest forces for the end of institutionalized racial segregation in America. Tragically both men were murdered before seeing their efforts come to fruition by the end of the decade.

Original image courtesy of the Library of Congress. It has been painstakingly restored to give you the sharpest modern print.

At FineArtAmerica, I am the group facilitator of Highway & Byways and Young at HeART. My love for photography grew as I moved around America. I was born (1977) and raised in a rural Indiana town and my photographic interests were limited to the rural subject matter of the area. I began to see new sights...
