Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I love this print! Her dress is so pretty and victorian and I can daydream that this is me in another lifetime , contemplating life while visiting the sea

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A big thank you for your talent & putting out there to buy your beautiful map!!!

Artist's Description
In the nineteenth and early twentieth century, the Indian Rhinoceros was hunted relentlessly until in 1910, officials aware of the plummeting numbers prohibited rhino hunting. Nearly gone by the early 1900s when only approximately only 100 remained the rhino has had a successful increase in numbers. While numbers now are 2500+ the species is still endangered. Killed mainly for its single horn which is believed by some cultures in East Asia to be useful for healing and potency. It is still used today in Chinese medicines. Habitat loss is also a daily issue. With help from the WWF the Indian and Nepalese governments continue to work toward Indian Rhino conservation.
About Anthony Wilder
I grew up in rural Warren County Ohio in a little place along the Little Miami river called Fosters Ohio. Growing up along the river I rode my horse along what is now called the Loveland Ohio Bike Trail. At that time it was an abandoned Marietta and Cincinnati Railroad Track. Fishing and horseback riding along the river as a child nurtured my love for nature. Miles and miles of railroad track linked me to some of the most beautiful farmland in the area. From Harry Andrew's man made castle Château Laroche in Loveland Park to the open fields and farm towards Morrow I roamed hillsides and riverbeds in search of adventure. There are not many kids that could lay claim to the privilege of riding up the river to tie your horse off at a real...

this is so well done in so many ways ~ the dappled light lends so much to your title and intention focused on the risk of survival for these Rhinos...which I have always marvel over, they date back 50 million years ago and they look like they do! good to see you here Tony ~ keep 'em coming :) xx
Anthony Wilder replied:
Linda, thanks so much for the appreciation. They are beautiful creatures.
