You must live in a place where they re-paint the traffic lines every few months LOL I just love the crisp look of this, the simplicity of the overall design, and the way the texture of the surface shows through the white and yellow paint. Terrific angles and diagonals, too. It's my Pick of the Day in the Best of Minimalism group for July 23.

There are a lot of strip malls between my town and another town about 8 miles south that I travel to a few times each week. I'm not sure why, but they have done more resurfacing and line striping in the last year than I have seen in the prior ten years. I'm figuring there must be some state funding to spruce things up. I'm probably the only person in the state that get's excited when I see another lot being refurbished because I know fresh lines are coming soon. :)
