This is a beautiful painting! The artist knows my husband and we were so excited to bring one of her pieces of art into our home! It's beyond what we expected! It is part of the background when I do virtual meetings (which I am in all day long) and I get so many compliments on how beautiful my "virtual backdrop is". When I tell people that it's my actual office, they always comment on the art!

The Lion And Lamb painting is absolutely beautiful and very anointed. It speaks such peace to me. We have been furnishing a missionary apartment and as soon as I saw this picture I knew it was the one! I know it will minister to each missionary that stays in our apartment just like it ministers to me.

She is very like my sweet Emma and I bought it in memory of her. Emma's room is now my office but the painting makes clear that it is still, first and foremost, kitty space. This piece comforts my heart every day. Emma has been gone for a year and I miss her incredibly.
Artist's Description
We humans can build very tall buildings today. And building taller cities is our next logical step, right? We're expanding cities horizontally today and I think we'll be able to expand our cities horizontally and/or vertically and/or diagonally tomorrow. Now we're calling big cities or small cities and in the future we'll call tall cities or short cities. There would be so many interesting things about vertical cities.
In this painting, I suggested some small figures (some in positive shapes and some in negative shapes) to help you judge how it should be hung, assuming we would still walk on the floor (not on the ceiling) in vertical cities. But never say never :D
I hope you understood my poor English :) If you want to see the print's actual brightness and color, please calibrate your monitor first. I'll thank you if you comment on what you see in my art and how you feel about it.
About David Winson
My actual name is Kyaw Zaw Linn and my art-name is David Winson. I was born on September 14, 1981. I have three obsessions which are learning new things, playing racing games and creating art. For everyone, art is communication (at least one-way communication without commenting from viewers and artists reading them). For artists, art is expression or giving messages. For viewers, art is impression or receiving messages, and viewers can even go one step further than impression. They can use art as stimulation, ignoring what the artist’s message is and finding their own meaning. In my opinion, there’s no three-dimensional form in pure abstract. I think there’re only color, pattern, shape and texture in pure abstract. I might be...
