The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

The Flagler Bridge joining Okeechobee Road from West Palm Beach
to the island of Palm Beach, shown here just after sunset as dusk settles over the Intracoastal Waterway and the lights on the bridge pop on.
On this particular night, the evening was so calm and balmy,
the water on the waterway reflects the lights of downtown
as the color fades from the sky from a pretty sunset.

When the Royal Poinciana Hotel first opened in 1894,
Flagler�s hotel company brought the houseboat St. Augustine
down from its namesake city as a temporary ferry
between the east and west shores of Lake Worth.
During 1894-96, the train depot was removed
from the West Palm Beach wharf, a 1,200-foot railroad bridge
across Lake Worth was completed, and a lane was added
for pedestri...
