The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Artist's Description
Star Trek once featured a Greek God whose power source was his temple. The glowing light of the top of 1000 la Gauchetiere made me believe that if ever a God were to come to earth, this would be the place. Subtle purples, yellows, purples and oranges play throughout the blue-grey of the sky, bringing out the colors in the cityscape of downtown Montreal as seen from Old Montreal over the Bonaventure highway.
About Duane Gordon
Born in 1962 in New Brunswick, Duane Gordon travelled widely before finally settling in Montreal, Canada. His rootless childhood unleashed his inner explorer, inspired by such beautiful cities as New York, La Paz and Calgary. Gordon’s childhood dream never wavered; he would be an artist. Life imposed detours; Gordon earned his business degree from the Collège Militaire Royal, veered into high technology, first as a programmer, later a teacher and finally rising to the executive level in high technology consulting. However, in 2007 he determined he would “take back his life,” pursuing his art career with the same drive and passion that brought success in other fields.
