One of the few items of the 1989 UM BBall Championship that I've seen. Very nice

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
About Michel Verhoef
Photography is a way of expression for me. This was especially when I discovered digital photography and the possibility of being in control of the whole process, from pressing the shutter to printing. Than i also discovered that photography is more than just pressing the shutter; it also shows ones own, more personal, view on the world. There are so many stories that can be told in one image, and to me the best stories are just out there on the street, just waiting to be captured. In my photography I want to strive for a personal style, preferably more than a signature….but a permanent memory of the image in the viewers mind :) My gear: Nikon COPYRIGHT NOTICE © All images in this gallery are the original...

I love this one...what a great daily scene by the sea in a summer's day. There's nothing missed: the boat, the blue water, the umbrellas and these pair of elegant people in suit and hat consulting the map. Wonderful composition with all geometrical contrasts of lines and beautiful edition as ever....
Michel Verhoef replied:
Thanks for your amazing support !! Yes the reason for taking this shot is the nicely dressed pair on the beach. Typical Belgian dress code, very different from here :))) thanks Ana yet again !
Dimitra Papageorgiou

What a great piece! I love the rich colors and composition. I see these strong triangular shapes all over that really keep your eye moving and exploring.

This is just kind of adorable....I love how she is trying to see what he is reading from three feet away, too cute! The tones and color treatment of the blues makes a fabulous vintage feel...a timeless quality.
Michel Verhoef replied:
Nice to see a different view Melissa...never thought about her eyesight :)
Randi Grace Nilsberg
Great shot! L
Michel Verhoef replied:
Thanks a lot Randi !

Adored. Love the old-world look of the gentleman ... hat and jacket and neatly-pressed pants. Matching shoes. At the beach, no less! Even the outfit of his lady companion coordinates with his own!! And just how DID you get that sailboat right there, right then!!!! As always, magic!!! l/f
Michel Verhoef replied:
Thanks Lois !!! Now you mention the sailboat, never realized it's position...i was lucky I guess..thanks again for these words :)
Georgina Noronha
They may come to Portugal if they want and if they like this kind of landscape. :) Love, love. Have I told you that I love this photo?

Ha..you hit the nail on the hat as always Christy...his socks was the attraction for me to make this shot. I always get an itch on my butt when this combination crosses my eyes....lol
Christy Usilton
He is a bit of a contrast against the beachy background - I love how he is so not dressed for a day at the shore .. all in his oh so brown suit, shoes and socks and hat - although his attire does match the bricks - haha. I love the design of the bricks. ... She, on the other hand, is a little more in synch with the location in her sundress. Another wonderful human study from you, Michel! VF
