Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. About Laurie Anderson
Art is my passion! Watercolor and pencil are my medium of choice, although sometimes I do "finishing touches" in ink or colored pencil. Mill Creek Park of Youngstown, is a popular subject of mine. Also, I have done a series of covered bridges from Ashtabula County, Ohio. Whimsical creations, as well as flowers and landscapes are always a favorite. My latest creations are painting with alcohol inks. They are fun and the colors are bright and vivid. I love what I do and hope that my art is both encouraging and inspirational. Portraits are my specialty. I can create house & pet portraits in watercolor or pencil. People portraits only in pencil.
