Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Woolly Alpaca Nature Fine Art Photography Print
Title: Handsome Woolly Alpaca
I took this photo in Bend Oregon while visiting a sheep farm. This beautiful regale red head Alpaca was a guarding the sheep and lambs from coyotes. They look like a small little handsome woolly camel.
It is thought that the alpacas descended from the vicua line and where domesticated as long as 7,000 years ago in the Andes Mountains in what would be part of Peru. Since alpacas arent that big they arent used as pack animals like llamas but are bred for their wool. The wool is used to make all kinds of warm clothing, blankets and bedding. The wool doesnt repel water but it is very warm and silky, warmer than the wool from sheep.
Taken with Canon Mark II with a Canon 17-40 lens.
