I started taking photographs as a kid with a Kodak Brownie and an Instamatic. My father, a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, mostly shot with a 4x5 Speed Graphic. He taught me a lot about composition. He gave me my first 33mm, an old Zeiss Ikon Contina rangefinder.
