Caesaray (Chez) Starbuck was a child star on Disney in the 90's playing starring roles in The 13th Year, Mary Kate and Ashley School Dance, Recipe for Disaster and on MTV Undressed. Caesaray is 31 and recently married and living in Austin Texas. Caes gets his inspiration from movies, television and life in general. He also will do custom original art of subjects of your choice.
