Joyce Carroll currently lives outside of Atlanta Georgia. She was born in Louisburg, NC and grew up in New Jersey. Joyce attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. After marriage and childbirth she entered Social Services and eventually had a real estate career for twenty years of her life.
