I'm a self-taught artist with a life-long love of impressionism. My work is oil paint and photographic landscapes inspired by my home state of Wisconsin. I particularly enjoy painting out of doors from life. I'm drawn to strong, bold textures that I get from the use of large brushes and palette knives.
