Artist Sharon Joy Mason had an interest in art for as long as she can remember--from drawing and coloring mountains and Saguaro cactus with crayons to designing clothes for paper dolls--She began the serious pursuit of art after taking lessons from Utah artist, Mona McGuire, and participating in Laguna Plein Air Painters Association’s mentor program.
