I started out in photography with the desire to do wedding and portrait photography. After losing both of my children in a tragic car accident, my focus changed. Instead, photography became a means of escape. Now I capture the beauty I see in the world around me, to remind myself that life is not all pain. While I have won awards for my photography, it is the satisfaction of capturing the essence of a flower or the glory of a stunning sunset that brings me the most joy.
