The Fine Arts Center of Hot Springs has been promoting the arts since 1947 which makes it the oldest non-profit arts organzination in Arkansas. The Fine Arts Center is part of the history and culture of Hot Springs, and is proud to have it's gallery and headquaters in the Downtown Historic Arts District.
