My biggest passion with photography is capturing the outdoors of the American West- the landscapes, and particularly the amazing wildlife we have. I hope that perhaps seeing and appreciating what I have witnessed and portrayed in my photography, might at least in some small way promote greater appreciation for the natural world we have and encourage conservation efforts. It is amazing what we have.
My work is represented by several international agencies, and as a consequence has been published extensively all over the world- including numerous magazines, book covers and calendars.
For my collections with Fine Art America I strive for unique imagery that has aesthetic appeal that I am proud to show. I try to capture images with the eye of an artist and in doing so, consider many elements such as lighting, composition, circumstance, and viewpoint- that is advance preparation and consideration that goes beyond just a simple picture capture.
