Hello, My name is Robert Morrissey and I represent the watercolor paintings of Stan Masters (1922-2005). Masters was the son and grandson of railroad workers. He grew up in a one room shanty owned by the Missouri Pacific Railroad, which explains his fascination with trains. He worked in commercial art before becoming a full-time artist in 1970, painting in the American Realist tradition of Winslow Homer, Edward Hopper and Andrew Wyeth.
