Inspired by contemporary dance and ancient culture, my art explores themes of fear, wonder, longing, movement quality, and transformation. My art is figurative and focused on the human person, connected to the visceral reality of being human. In addition to being a representational oil painter, I am an aerial performer, often carrying concepts and imagery fluidly across media.
