Late blooming painter. Art is a part of the weaving of my life's work, which is the convergence of artistry, activism, and spirit. Improvisation is a part of my creative work, and recent paintings emerge as a part of that process. I love the use of oil and cold wax medium in particular, which offers the opportunity for movement of paint, layering, and bold, expressive color palettes.
