George Eliot, English novelist, journalist, and translator said, 'It's never too late to be who you might have been.' Agreeing with her ('George' is the pen name that Mary Ann Evans used to write her literary works, believing that she would not be taken seriously in the Victorian era unless she disguised herself as a man), I have attempted to begin my life anew, in search of the dream I abandoned while picking up the pieces of a broken life. However, where Mary Ann donned disguise, I am discarding my own, choosing to embrace an authentic life, a life worth living.
