Hi, I've been a photographer since 1981 when I headed overseas to cover wars and tragedies in the Middle East. I am still a photojournalist. I've won numerous photojournalist awards mainly of grim things like famines and conflicts. However, one prize winner and one of my most published photos was of a cat..Sock's the Cat.... Chelsea Clinton pet. Now, I ply the red carpets, oil coated beaches, baseball dugouts, basketball sidelines, politicians stumping, criminals in docks, angry marching people, models on the catwalk and whatever makes news here in the US...more
