Scott Smith - Fine artist located in Central Pennsylvania. Scott has attended PCAD for fine arts and Millersville University for art education. Practicing art for more than 25 years in all mediums, and prefers clay, acrylic, and colored pencil. After college Scott continued to create paintings, and sketches, but like many struggled with selling them.
