Artist Mae Wertz Relocated

Wenatchee, WA - October 30th, 2017

Mae Wertz, Landscape Artist, relocated to Wenatchee, Washington mid July, 2017. Mae and her husband, Rodney Wertz, were planning to retire in Washington State where Rodney spent his childhood. Two of their sons accepted positions in the State. A week before leaving Lubbock, Texas, Dr. Rodney Wertz died on June 2, 2017 of possible blood clot since he was off his blood thinning medications, waiting for back surgery. A memorial service was held at Covenant Knipling Education Conference Center. At the present, Mae Wertz is residing with her son and his family in Wenatchee, WA.
