Ahmad Elias was born in Deir Atieh in 1954. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Damascus University, Internal Design in 1981. Ahmad is a member of the Fine Arts Association and the Arab Plastic Artists Union. He is also a foundation member of the SIX plus ONE Group and a member in the postal stamps committee.
