Informally, I have spent my life as an artist in the creative world of advertising. Alongside that career I continued drawing, painting, working with different mediums, discovering my voice and style. I describe my work now as --messy, uncommon, friendly contemporary art. My interest in the varied New England landscape is my primary source of imagery which I then reinterpret and integrate into my work. Coastal life is frequently evident in my colorful, boldly-designed works. I create some works to reflect what I see before me and others I add my personal reinterpretation to build a more meaningful, thought-provoking piece. Hope you enjoy my views of our world.
