The first digital artwork I created was born of frustration. I was having difficulty with fixing the contrast on a landscape photograph I was editing and ended up randomly adjusting settings until you could no longer recognize the waterfall it had been. The work itself had been a type of meditative experience for me, losing myself in color and shape. I have no idea what will emerge on the screen when I sit down to create.
