António Gomes was born on the 07th of January, 1968 in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. Since 1999 he has been living in Praia, Cape Verde. This country provides many of the themes that inspire his photographic work. António began working in advertising 4 years ago and his photographic material was used to promote events, companies and Cape Verdean artists.
