Arts by the Bay Gallery is a sub-committee of Havre de Grace Arts Collective, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, in Havre de Grace, MD. The gallery is dedicated to the mutual success of supporting and promoting the arts in Havre de Grace and surrounding areas.
