I'm a photographer living in San Luis Obispo on the beautiful central coast of California. My images reflect the rugged shore of the Pacific and the mountains and morros that distinguish the area. Growing up in Chicago, all that I could see from my bedroom window for the first 18 years of my life was a brick wall three feet away. Since then I've always craved to see vistas and panoramas, finally finding paradise in San Luis Obispo. The county boasts a line of morros (steep, rocky hills) that run south to north and roughly parallel the Pacific Ocean and terminate in Morro Rock at the opening of Morro Bay. The morros and the coastal fog offer great photographic opportunities that I capture as often as I can. I've also traveled a bit, visiting Russia, South America and South Africa in recent years.
