Cindi Villella is originally from Louisiana but has lived in Florida for almost 40 years. She is a self taught artist who also took art classes at UL in Lafayette, LA. Working with acrylics and/or oils, Cindi uses pallet knives as well as brushes to create pieces full of texture and depth. She is inspired by bright, brilliant colors that explode off the canvas. Much of the color is done in layers to create depth. Cindi's early inspiration came from impressionist artists like Van Gogh, Monet, Degas, Cézanne, etc.
