I grew up on Vancouver Island, Bristish Columbia, where our family lived in a small cabin by the sea. I am not sure what childhood has to do with influence on as an artist, but i suspect LOTS!. We lived in a beautiful place, and what inspires me the most today is visiting wonderful landscape when the light is just 'right' and then painting from my experience. The world is a beautiful place and i enjoy attempting to capture it in paint.
