I have always enjoyed hiking and exploring my surroundings. I enjoy shooting images of wildlife, natural beauty and things that I know will be gone and forgotten with time. A lot of the images on this site are from Hawaii but many are taken here in Colorado and surrounding areas. I like to think my photographic style, perspective, and enhancements add to the visual experience that might otherwise appear ordinary. My work was selected as the 2008 Grand Prize Winner at the juried Kahilu Theater Black and White Photo Contest in Waimea, Hawaii. Some of my current work is displayed at the Bella Art and Frame Gallery in Monument, Colorado.
