dave carter received a BFA in Studio Art from Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri, with concentrations in Painting, Ceramics, and Photography. He and his wife, Dr. Sally Carter, moved to Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 2014 where she is Director of Testing for Southeast Missouri State University.
