My work has appeared in the some of the finest galleries in the western United States over several decades. I began my art career as a commercial artist, and creative director in film working for most of the major motion picture studios, and in television, working for most of the major TV networks.
But like most artists my dream was always to be a fine artist. I now spend my days in the wilderness photographing and painting. I gave-up a film and TV career in Hollywood and New York City to paint full-time in my home-state of beautiful Colorado. I've never looked back.
There's nothing better in life than doing what you love for a living. It's never work, it's always play when you have a burning passion for what you do. Every painting is a new and wonderful challenge, and it never gets old like punching a time clock for some huge corporation.
Most of the originals are already sold to private collectors here in the Rocky Mountain region before they ever get to this site but, stay tuned I'll be posting more original paintings as time goes by. Even these small paintings sell for much higher prices in the galleries so, please take advantage of the much lower prices here. I can offer you lower prices because, they carry less overhead here than in a gallery in Aspen, Vail or say Santa Fe.
If you like my work but want larger works, just email me. My large highly detailed paintings are often too expensive for most people shopping online. Those I sell to galleries and private collectors and rarely does the public see that work.
