Joseph A. LaRocco, Watercolor Artist, was born in Ohio and worked as a commercial artist in Florida, Texas and California. Joseph has worked with watercolors from early 1970s to when he passed at 95 years old on April 1st 2012, and he expressed a preference for painting old buildings and landmark sites as the subject matter for his creativity.
