Creativity and adventure have been the 2 central themes of my life. My parents took my 2 older brothers and me on many car day trips and also 2-3 week long summer vacations where we camped, hiked, swam, and explored the parks and forests of the West. At an early age I learned to love the beauty of nature and to see what was around the next bend in the trail or road.
