I've always painted in abstracts. Colors and shapes tend to represent emotions to me. I paint because it creates a permanent expression of who I am in this moment, and it allows for who I may become in the future. I am often inspired by nature, but frequently just seeing a bold color or, better yet, a combination of colors gets my creative juices flowing.
