Texas Artists Will Be Receiving Recognition For Their Achievements In 2014.

Dallas, TX - October 22nd, 2014

Dallas, TX – Texas Artists will be receiving recognition for their achievements in 2014. D.K. Richardson, Kenna Prior Boles, Luis Moya, Elizabeth Shalij, Karen Francis Jones, and Irwin Lightstone are some of the artists representing Texas with their work hanging on walls of galleries and museums across Europe, along with other international contemporary painters and photographers exhibiting their work with IN3 this year. The Awards ceremony will take place on Monday, October 27th / 7-9pm at the TVAA Downtown Gallery in Plaza of the Americas located at 700 N. Pearl, Dallas TX 75201. A delegation of Texas artists led by Diana Moya traveled to Europe this summer to exhibit their artwork, representing the USA in two of the most beautiful international exhibitions dedicated to the art of pastel. An Art Exhibit With A Purpose

'Frisco Bridges' is an Art Exhibit with a purpose. Proceeds will benefit the Frisco Boys and Girls Club's Art program. It is open for view until September 26 at the Frisco Arts Center in Historic Downtown. This exhibition showcases recent works of visual artist Diana Moya and is FREE to locals and visitors. A popcorn tasting party for members and friends of the Boys & Girls Club will take place Saturday, September 26, from 2:30-4pm at the Art Center, sponsored by love peace popcorn. Former Frisco mayor Kathy Seei will be in attendance as a special guest to talk about Frisco Bridges and Central Park. Seei helped plan Frisco's “look” and promoted a “Millennium Plan” of which 'Frisco Bridges' was a significant part, rendering it as an important area of the city that contributes to what Frisco is today.
