My model is getting a little miffed with me.... he is tired of posing and now is insisting I take him for a walk or suffer the 'consequences'..... :>) whatever could that mean...hmmmmm. Anyway... finally back the the big easel today and back to work ... 

There is still so much to do with this next piece in the Gunther series. I finally finished up the background and his face and hat feather are pretty well done,, as is the piece around his neck with the jewels on it... I'll probably freshen that up a... 

Wow,,, this is a lot of work,,, I've been working all day on his hat feathers and his jewels on his clothing.... still need to do all the cloth stitch work and tons of other stuff. I also have to redo the background after messing it up so I may make ...

Having trouble getting started with my next work in my Gunther series,,,, I am feeling quite scared.... what if I can't do it again? Where do I start? Yikes!! 

What a start,,,, I feel incredible! I was honored with being the first Artist Pick of the Day with 1st Angel Arts Magazine by Veronica Holmes for this year,,, heck for this new decade! Wow, that is so cool. I also have an opening tomorrow here in Bow... 

Yahoo,,, I did it!! I finished my first Gunther portrait in the series I am planning. I am really, really pleased with the outcome and am already in the planning stages for the next one. What a challenge it was but just so much fun looking into the f...
