Dina Jacobs was born in Sicily, and immigrated to the United States when she was 13. She resided in New York state, continued her education, graduated and became a nurse. Dina always was interested in crafts and art, and began to concentrate in decorative art. Dina studied under many artists, including David Jansen, Liz Miller and others.
