Artist Statement:
I paint because it gives me a way to de-stress and puts me in a state of consciousness I’ve never found anywhere else. The first time I ever painted was because I was simply looking for something to pass the time. Someone set up a canvas on a music stand, placed a brush in my hand, gave me some oils and a kiss goodbye. A quick eight hours later, I had created something.
