There is so much in this world that is beautiful... and totally unnoticed by most people, who pass by oblivious to the beauty. I believe in a Creator who made this land so lovely that I am compelled to share the vision with others. My works begin with a photograph and evolve through computer manipulation to enhance the luminous qualities of the picture.
I became an artist the day I was introduced to finger painting in kindergarten and went on to major in art education in college. Over the years, I have won awards in art and photography as I raised children and worked to support them. Now I have dedicated myself to my life-long passion. I have experimented with many mediums and I haven't yet settled on one that best conveys my vision of the beauty of this Earth. I just have too much fun trying different things, although I'm currently concentrating on digital art.
