Frank was born in New York and raised in Palm Beach Florida. Frank's interest in photography began at a very early age with an interest in macro and event photography. After high school, Frank became a photo lab technician providing photographic services and custom enlargements to some of Palm Beach's most notable and prestigious clients, which is when Frank fine-tuned his talents.
