HILLTOP GALLERY & ARTS EDUCATION CENTER (Patron of the Arts, a 501(c)3 Corporation), was founded in 1968. It reflects the unique culture and community comprising the border towns of Nogales, U.S. and Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.
