Our nonprofit known locally as Historic Port of Washington Project (HPOW) is busy again this year promoting our small NC riverfront town's unique maritime heritage and history. We are excited about supporting the new downtown Washington Harbor District Market with our new 10'x20' exhibit space. The Market is open Thurs-Sat at 140 W. Main Street in Washington NC.)
