In January 2009, after 35 years of service, I retired from the position of Postmaster, Port Clinton OH in the United States Postal Service. At first, I was left with a lot of time on my hands, a lot of energy and a lot of ideas swimming about in my brain. I finally decided that my life would become a mixture of doing what I love, creating and volunteering my time and talents to local community organizations.
