Jim Dollar is an amateur photographer specializing in landscape and wildlife.   He has been pursuing the art for over 20 years, and is just beginning to see what he looks at.   The road is long.   He keeps looking.   Jim says, 'I think of my photographs as rectangular mandalas reflecting symmetry and harmony, and when I am successful, it sparks a resonance with the heart and soul of those who view them.' Awakening Enlightenment

Ancient peoples knew the visible world of physical, concrete, tangible reality, is grounded upon an invisible world of numinous, ineffable truth. We live in two worlds at the same time, and take time out in world world to offer time to the other. These images and symbols offer objects for reflection and contemplation, and stand as thresholds between worlds, or portkeys, transporting us from this world to the world that is the source of this world and its reason for being.
