Jim Mills is a painter, sculptor, and fine arts craftsman. He received a BA in Art from Virginia Tech and a Certificate of Accomplishment from the Johnson Atelier Technical Institute of Sculpture. He is the owner of Sculpture Cast, providing molds and art and architectural castings for fine artists, architects, historic buildings and museums. Jim pursues his own artistic vision through painting and sculpture.
