Joan Wallace Reeves became interested in the fine arts in high school where she studied drawing, painting and clothing design. After many years as a professional Human Services Executive, she decided to return to her first love, the fine arts. Joan attends art classes at various venues in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. Although her perferred medium is water color, Joan uses graphite, oil, and pastels also.
